General Information

What's Included?

For all indoor and marquee stalls, tables and chairs are provided. We provide one 6ft table for a single pitch and two 6ft tables for a double pitch (double pitches are not available at every event, please see the individual booking form to check if they are available). Please mention at the time of booking if you wish to bring an additional table, where we will endeavour to assist you.

Complimentary electricity is available at all indoor venues. Please state at the time of booking if you wish to request this. Please bring a pat tested extension lead with you. Please note, we are not able to provide any electricity to outdoor or marquee pitches.

All outdoor pitches must bring their own tables, chairs, gazebos etc.

Opening Times

Our normal trading hours differ depending on the event. However, our usual trading hours are between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. Please check the relevant page for each event in order to see exact opening times.

Access Times:

1 Day Events: stall holders are able to gain access to the venue from 7.30am to set up

2 Day Events: set up is available from Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Exact times will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event. We request that you inform of us whether you will be arriving to set up on either the Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

We do ask that packing away is minimal before the closing time in order to ensure that the fair is welcoming to all.

Booking Information

To book, please call or email us in order to check for availability. Booking forms are available on each relevant events page. We ask that the booking forms are filled out and returned to us either by email or post (details of which can be found on the booking forms).

PLEASE NOTE: a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your pitch. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

We are able to accept payment via cheque and BACS, all details of which can be found on the bottom of each booking form.

Insurance:

Whilst all of our events are covered by public liability insurance, we do not accept liability for any lost of damaged stock. We strongly recommend that you obtain your own insurance to cover loss or if you cancel your booking.

Catering

Catering is available at all of our venues!

Hodson Hall, Brockington & Hood Park:

Catering by 'Great British Tea & Treats'

Serving home baked cakes, scones and their scrummy toasted sandwiches along with a great selection of hot and cold drinks.

Hermitage/Coalville, Shrewsbury Sports Village & Oswestry:

Catering is provided by the venue.

Fullhurst, Naseby, Rutland & Shrewsbury:

Catering is provided by various hot and cold food vendors serving everything from a meaty burger to a portion of noodles. There is always a great selection of tempting treats available at our food courts, they are not to be missed!
